Senior Members
Senior members are essential to the success of every encampment. For each encampment, 25 to 30 senior members are needed. Adults serve in roles as mentors, coaches, and supervisors. The duties vary depending on the role. Here are some positions.
Training Officers (TO) are needed —one for each flight and one for each squadron. The job is not difficult, but it is demanding. TOs are the adult supervisor and mentors.
Support staff seniors do the work to plan, schedule, and keep the encampment functioning throughout the week. Staff positions include admin, finance, supply, public affairs, health services, and more.
