Sign up for Aerospace Education Membership (AEM)
1. Please Download and Complete the AEM Sign Up Form
2. Submit the completed form to Colorado Wing Headquarters by attaching it to the form below.
Colorado Wing HQ will submit the forms received in batches to the State of Colorado where payment will be made and the form sent to CAP National Headquarters.
