Colorado Concours d’Elegance & Exotic Sports Car Show

WHO: Cadets, Senior, & Family members

WHAT: Highlander Composite Squadron is coordinating CAPs participation in the Concours D' Elegance and Exotic Sports Car Show this year. It will be a fun-filled day serving and being able to get up close to some of the most exotic cars that are out there.

There are quite a few positions that we need to fill, there are 3 different shifts. We would love to see you all there for such a great event.

The event is organized by Ability Connection Colorado, an organization that focuses on helping the disabled.  For more information about the event you can visit their website at:

Remember you can also earn volunteer hours for school if you need hours to graduate.

WHEN:  Sunday, June 4th from 6a - 4p

Time slots are:

--- 6:00 am - 10:00 am

--- 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

--- 12:00 n - 4:00 pm

WHERE:  Arapahoe Community College

5900 South Santa Fe Drive

POSITIONS will vary based on need. But could include:

- Setup

- Entrance/Perimeter security

- Watching the crowd around the cars

- Scorecard runner

- Scoring cards (adding the scores)

- Directing traffic

- Recruiting table

- Takedown

TRANSPORTATION: On your own

ADDITONAL INFO: Please bring snacks and water, lawn chair, sunscreen, sunglasses, safety vests. Money is optional for food vendors and other vendors that will be there.

BRING:

--- CAPF 161 (Emergency Information)

------- 2 Copies / One to turn in & one to have in your front left blouse pocket

--- CAPF 160 (Health Information - ONLY if you will be bringing any medication with you)

------- 2 Copies / One to turn in & one to have in your front left blouse pocket

--- CAPF 60-80 (Permission Slip)
