Curry Camp

"Curry Camp" is a comprehensive class designed for new cadets to gain essential knowledge and meet the criteria necessary for their first promotion. This unique event combines learning, training, and testing to ensure all attendees accomplish the requirements for the first promotion in Civil Air Patrol. Major General Curry is the first commander of Civil Air Patrol, and is one of the founders of the organization. The first achievement is named in his honor.

At this workshop, we will be completing all requirements for the first promotion, including the leadership, the physical test, drill testing, and character development. Sign up early, because we have a limited number of slots for cadets.

Additionally, we will need Seniors and Cadets for staff, so please sign up if you are able to assist for a portion of the day.

• Uniforms: PT uniform, casual uniform. Wear your squadron shirt if you have it.
