We are holding a 2-day Training Exercise on Columbus Day Weekend out of Centennial Airport. We will be using this as a training opportunity for both Cadets and Seniors to learn Search and Rescue techniques, practice our skills, and obtain signoffs to complete ES qualifications. Training will be held 0800-1600 on October 7th and 8th.

To participate:

•              For cadets, have your Curry Achievement and GES 116 completed prior to attending.

•              For senior members, complete Level 1 and GES 116.

•              If you do not have ICUT, complete the ICUT videos before attending – this greatly speeds up ICUT evaluations. (In addition to use of CAP radios, cadets make extensive use of ISR radios throughout the weekend.)

We are also looking for accomplished GTMs and GTLs who are interested in leading individual teams. Aircrew will be needed so we can accomplish air to ground communication.
